Diplomacy at Work: Mediation for peace<\/h3>
<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mediation is the art of finding long-term solutions and common ground between parties by using persuasion and maintaining neutrality. It takes a great deal of effort to succeed as a mediator. However, if a person can identify the key aspects of an all-round mediator, half the work is already done.
The aim of this training course is to equip participants with the ideal mediator\u2019s core. Using case studies will encourage mediators in training to experiment with this tool in order to learn about the hurdles of mediation and how to overcome them. <\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
